I am finally starting to get into my blogging groove and have lots to share. Today, we are sharing the wedding of Ashley and Brandon. I met this couple back in December 2014. We spoke on the phone two days before Christmas and really hit it off. The couple lives in Florida, but would be hosting their wedding in Columbia as the groom is from the Sumter area. The love pouring between the couple is undeniable. This is a couple that definitely kept what they wanted at the forefront of planning and really tackled every step together. Tye and Emily of Tye and Emily Photography captured every beautiful moment of the day.

The ceremony and reception were held at the Embassy Suites. I loved the ease this provided for the guests. Once the ceremony was over, the guests headed to the atrium for cocktail hour and then moved into the Main Ballroom for the reception. American Floral provided all of the girls bouquets and reception florals and the bride tackled her ceremony arrangements. I just have a thing for anemones and garden roses and loved every bit of Ashley’s bouquet. The couple’s wedding had a Harlem Renaissance flair to it and could be seen throughout the invitations and cake created by Bonnie Brunt Cakes. This night ended with the couple partying the night away with their family and friends.
